UPDATE: Alliance Frigate missing after finding destroyed Hierarchy ship

"A grizzly sight today as a Systems Alliance cruiser found the debris of what appeared to once be a Turian Exploration frigate was found near the far reaches of the Perseus Veil. The Systems Alliance ship was providing transportation for Alliance officials to the Quarian homeworld of Rannoch when the ship ran into a field of debris which appeared to have happened far too recently to be apart of the Reaper War."

"A Quarian ship joined the Alliance vessel after their discovery to help with salvage and recovery efforts in a attempt to find any bodies of the crew. Unfortunately the effort was wasted as nothing could be found and the crew was declared lost with all hands on board."

"The Systems Alliance vessel is currently on it's way back to Citadel Space to bring back a piece of the ship to the Hierarchy so that they may take records of the ship. The ship that was destroyed was called the THS Pantorus. While the piece is being delivered to the Hierarchy for ceremonial purposes. The Alliance commented that they are also testing to see what exactly destroyed the ship in the first place."

"Below is a update on the situation of the destroyed turian exploration vessel."

"Contact was lost with the SSV Columbus merely two days after finding the destroyed Hierarchy vessel, the THS Pantorus, near the Perseus Veil. Efforts have been made to raise the ship on QEC communications. But no response has been received. The Systems Alliance was alerted to this discovery and now a small group of frigates and cruisers are looking for the SSV Columbus at this very moment."

"The ship was last seen passing through Alliance Frontier Space after coming back from the Perseus Veil. The Quarian vessel could not provide information regarding the ship's whereabouts. Stating that it was in fine condition and carrying remains of the ship when they departed."
