Green = The injured is no longer at risk of expiring after treatment.
Orange = The injured is in treatment, and still at risk of expiring.
Red = The injured is not stabilized and is dead/dying after treatment.
Black = The injured was dead before/upon being reached and had not been treated.
Purple = Injured person refused treatment/was not given treatment and was stabilized and survived.
Dark Red = Injured refused treatment/was not given treatment and died

Description of Injury(s): High-calibre rifles shot to the leg completely tearing the lower calf off from the body disabling the right leg, I then began to bleed intensively to the point where I eventually passed out.
Description of Treatment(s): Applied as much Medi-gel as possible before wrapping my leg with wiring and tightening it with my mouth to cut-off blood loss, eventually passed out from pain and was no longer able to uphold the tightness of the wire. Do not recall further.

Description of Injury(s): Peppered with Shrapnel after a propelled canister shell landed beside Jack Miller- scouring his body with small shrapnel marks to the arms, and a large metal chunk through the side that narrowly missed his kidney.
Description of Treatment(s): I prepared the wounded for on-field Operation due to the conditions of the battlefield and managed to remove the shrapnel - as I attempted to seal the wounds I was assaulted by a single enemy agent who attempted to execute me during Operation. Miller propelled himself into the man - knocking him away and I was forced to use a pair of surgical scissors to then stab the Enemy Combatant until surrender - the Combatant then expired (look at next report). I then filled Miller's wounds - escorted him to a field-hospital I had created than had him evacuated.

Description of Treatment(s): Subject was profusely Medi-Gelled and filling foamed to field dress wounds, given an O Neg IV, and given ALS, Foreign body extraction of fragments, and surgical sutures via Medi-Bed on ship.
