Snake, was a renowned special forces operative and mercenary commander. He founded U.S. Army Special Forces Unit FOXHOUND, along with the mercenary company Militaires Sans Frontières, and was one of the founding members of the Patriots. Big Boss later established the military states of Outer Heaven and Zanzibar Land as bases for his companies, in order to realize his ambitions of creating a nation for soldiers. Considered by some as "The Greatest Warrior of the 20th Century," he earned such monikers as "the Legendary Soldier" and "the Legendary Mercenary,"[8] feared in combat by both friend and foe as a hero and a madman.

Willing to stick his neck out for others that he forms attachments with. Is known to disregard orders to do what he thinks is right and will benefit the mission in the long run. Strong sense of morals and is willing to give second chances to everyone.

Colt M1911A1 .45 Pistol: It features a high-profile 3-dot sights, National Match slide, beveled magazine well, widened ejection port, competition trigger, polished feed ramp, checkered front strap and mainspring housing for more positive grip, delta hammer, and a relief-cut trigger guard for higher grip. It also features a permanently-disengaged grip safety along with a suppressor and required threaded barrel.
CQC/Survival Knife: Standard knife with a serrated top edge, used in CQC and general purpose activties.
