(Random Event) Dub Lynn suffers from major earthquake!

The following report is from a scholar, living in Dub Lynn, who negotiated his stay with the Irish. 

As the Irish begin to admire the new city they had taken, it was as if the voice of God himself boomed from the Heavens, and deemed the Irish unworthy. The ground shook, buildings collapsed, the very walls of Dub Lynn begin to shake, and a few of them even collapsed, along with the towers that once stood defense over the city. Fires ignited from tipped jars of oil and torches. As the English sailed away on their boats back to England, the Irish ran in panic as the city around them crumbled. When the dust finally settled, the survivors reemerged from the debris, observing their new city. While not entirely destroyed, good men will have to be put to work to repair what was damaged.
