Kravis' Pac3 Guide

Hello, in this thread i'll be showing you how to make pac3 outfits/models/events/ and all other sort of shit. If you have a question or want to see the process of making a certain thing then let me know in a reply and i'll try to show you in a video.
The Chad basic human 2nd MSRC marine pac:
(Forgot that you need to wear your pac outfit at the very end. Just hit the wear button in the pac3 spawn menu or wear which is in the top left corner where save and load is at.)

Think you could do a tutorial for the Biotic Shield PAC that we've seen some Biotic Enemies use?
